The Month End Sample is a Visaul Basic program that generates SQL statements in Access (Visual Basic) or SQL server.

It looks like this:

Only the control at the top is MonthEnd. The rest is an application. The text boxes are properties. Change them as desired, and click display "Change Params"

Click Display Values to put the entries into the grid.
