Click on the link in the right-most column. You'll be asked to "Run from this location," or Save to disk." For dial-up connections, it's better to "Save to disk," then execute the program from the temporary directory where it's placed.
If you have a high-speed connection, you can click "Run from this location." You'll still have the setup program in your temporary directory, but this saves a step.
For Zip files, use save to disk and then extract. (you need WINZIP. Get it here if needed)

These programs are free, with unlimited expiration. You can distribute the demos to anyone you like, but you cannot give away the commercial program. Zip files you can send to anyone you like or modify to your own preferences.
