is specified in this document. "You" and "yourself" in the following paragraphs refer to the individual who purchased this software. 1. This program is protected by US and international copyright laws. MiniSolve holds all copyrights, titles, ownership and interests to this software. All rights reserved. 2. You have a right to use this product forever. 3. You have a right to install this program on as many computers as you like, provided all computers are on the same "site." A site is defined as all buildings that you own or manage that are on the same grounds. You have the right to install this software on your own "personal" computer, either at home or at another office, provided that you ensure against delivering this program to any person outside of your organization. 4. Special exceptions are allowed for public enterprises, like Universities or city government, where buildings may be located on various properties. A single purchase will suffice for such institutions that fall under this umbrella. 5. This software is sold "AS IS," with no waranties, or implied suitability for a particular application. This software is NOT represented to be without errors. Your sole right to damages is limited to replacement of the product, and only if damaged media is indicated. 6. You agree to HOLD HARMLESS MiniSolve and all of its employees for replacement cost, damages, legal fees, and all other costs you may incur as a result of using this software. You agree that MiniSolve is NOT responsible for any damages caused to your computer(s), applications, or data as a result of using this software.
